We’ll sit down for a 1 hour phone call to get to understand your goals and get a couple of limiting beliefs out of the way.
Then you’ll have a simple google form you’ll fill out every day to explain how you’ve made progress, what obstacles you ran into, how you felt about it, and a few more questions.
I will provide you feedback as a coach and as an accountabilibuddy, once a week or periodically depending on your needs.

This course will last for 5 weeks (1 coaching session and 5 forms with feedback).
